Lady was lovely, nothing too much trouble, listened to me and my brother rattling on , as mum had sadly died the year before, when I needed another account I had all the help I needed. Reviewed on: 20th October 2024

Great account and helpful people

We've been with HRBS for years now for our mortgage. Just opened an ISA since their interest rate is excellent. Staff are always helpful and friendly. Reviewed on: 31st January 2023

Closure of one account and transfer to another

Was informed by post that fixed rate bond was coming to end of term. Offered alternatives for money. Literature easy to understand and chose another fixed rate bond. Forms were easy to complete and were posted off. A few days later was contacted by office who went through my choices to confirm that I understood what I was signing up for.
