Lady was lovely, nothing too much trouble, listened to me and my brother rattling on , as mum had sadly died the year before, when I needed another account I had all the help I needed. Reviewed on: 20th October 2024

Account opening

The overall account opening experience was good and the lady who assisted me was professional polite and knowledgeable. However I would have preferred to have done the account opening in the privacy of a side room rather than at the main counter, particularly when having to access my bank details in the full view of other customers. Friendly and easy to deal with

I wanted to open a notice account as the rates offered were outstanding and I had some spare cash from a house sale. The lady who dealt with me was super efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. The whole process was just how it should be - a perfect example of customer service you get from mutuals rather than shareholder driven financial organisations. Reviewed on: 20th January 2023
