Lady was lovely, nothing too much trouble, listened to me and my brother rattling on , as mum had sadly died the year before, when I needed another account I had all the help I needed. Reviewed on: 20th October 2024

Exactly what I needed

It was good to have the opportunity to discuss my savings options with Tracey when there were no other customers present. Making an appointment for the afternoon gave me the time to think about what I wanted without the pressure of other customers waiting for me to make a decision. I had checked out the accounts online in advance, but Tracey explained each one in more detail, enabling me to make a decision. Very happy with my first experience of the building society. Opening children's saving accounts

The staff where extremely helpful and friendly when I opened three accounts for my children. Tina kindly explained everything to us and as we had arrived later than expected and they where due to close but went that extra mile to get the accounts processed in time.
