Brilliant deal and easy to use

Changed my auto-renewal preference without permission

I would have rated them as 5 Stars, but they ignored my settings for auto-renewal which I set to 'No' during the renewal process. I got confirmation that I'd selected to not renew automatically. A day later, I got another email saying my policy was set to auto-renew - and when I went in to check, my selection had been set back to auto-renewal,and I had to change it AGAIN to not auto-renew. They should NOT change my preferences without my permission, so I'm very wary of Holiday Extras' tactics now. Reviewed on: 29th November 2024
