Customer care team doesn't help

I have had many issues with making payments and have had to use an alternative card or another person. This makes it difficult to track my business expenditure. Reviewed on: 18th March 2022

Great service!

I enjoy using Kinetic mobile app, it is easy to navigate. Also easy to get in touch with (hsbc), connect with various product offers and follow the cashflow changes through the process. I have still more exploring to do, but I love it so far! Love the design also! Reviewed on: 18th March 2022

First of all, i would like to share my thoughts about onboarding process: 1. Techy and easy to enroll, you dont need to know anything else 2. Security - for me this option is the most valuable as the climate is changing, I don't want to stress about security and my funds. 3. Performance reports, spend analysis, Cashflow - this is all you need for small businesses. And in two clicks secs gives you a fabulous feeling that you are up to date with what is happening in your account. 4. Statements - two clicks and magic happened. Minuses: 1. Physical Card activation - I had to arrange a call to activate. You have to wait for two letters separately, one with the card, the second with the pin number. Highly suggested! Easy simple and organised!

Almost faultless

I like the simplicity of the app and also find the performance tools to be very informative. Logging in is convenient, same goes with the customer support chat. My only criticism is international transfers. You can't physically do it on the app, instead you have to ring their phone line which can be time consuming. I'm sure there's a logical reason for this but as a customer it would be better to have the choice of sending money abroad within the app. Overall its a great app and I would recommend it to anyone! Easy application which was accepted!

Trying to set up a business for the first time is difficult and working out the best people to bank with wasn't easy! HSBC made it an easy process, they have a streamlined, user friendly app and a bank card which I use regularly for my business. Reviewed on: 18th March 2022
