Great app, easy to use

Like First Direct, but snazzier!

I didn’t think you could beat First Direct for its edge over the rest of UK banking, but HSBC Kinetic app has done just that. From security to brand look and feel. I’ve yet to speak to a Kinetic human, but maybe that’s the point! Come on First Direct, keep up! You’re not Midland Bank! Reviewed on: 7th March 2023

Reliable online banking

The kinetic business app is easy to use and its features help you to see income and outgoing easily. It would none helpful if the card could be used for Apple Pay. Reviewed on: 7th March 2023

Great account for a small business

I was already with HSBC as a personal customer, so when I started a small business last year I included them in the mix of options. Happy I did - it's turned out to be a really great account. Simple, low fees and pretty much no nasty surprises. Only two suggestions really on how to improve.. enable international payments from the app + allow the Kinetic Credit Card transactions to flow into Xero as the bank account does.
