Excellent personnel. User friendly app.

All my interactions with bank personnel on phone have been outstanding. Their response has been quick and I find their eagerness to solve one's challenge splendid. I also find the app so easy to use and am able to do many things on it by myself. Reviewed on: 7th March 2023

Great for a small startup business

All small businesses should use Kinetic!

I have had a great experience with HSBC Kinetic. I really struggled as a small business for months to open a business bank account post Covid. Then I came across HSBC Kinetic. I was able to apply and get approved in a couple of days. The app is easy to use and the team are always available to help with any queries. Very user friendly
