Easy to set up and good easy to use app

Cheap

easy to use and free of charge in the first year and a system that works well, I have not had any problems so far, I use the hsbc individual account, and I am extremely satisfied with the hsbc kinetic account. Reviewed on: 7th March 2023

Great, easy and fast app and great customer support

I am with HSBC kinetic for around 1 year and it never fails me. HSBC has great customer support, always helpful and fast responding. The app is easy to use and very clear. I of course can recommend HSBC Kinect anybody. Reviewed on: 7th March 2023

My new business account

When We live in a world when we don’t have business managers anymore and telephone conversations don’t exist to help you through business banking I turn to this app and it was the best thing that helped me to get my business banking started so yes I would recommend this is what helped me and my business! Very efficient application process

Happy customer

Whilst the telephone banking and online services have been great the app is still a little clunky. When I forgot my password I also had to recalibrate and inputting my date of birth was painful. No biometrics available Reviewed on: 7th March 2023

When I open my business I needed a business card ,HSBC Kinetic offer me the best option ,I opened online without need to go in the branch, was very quick, it's easy to use and to make the application, it's saving your time as everything is online .The app is just amazing you have there everything what you need and is safe.
