Simply the best!

From the account opening process to the ease of usability of the app and customer support everything is five star. The best thing is we get fraud alerts and HSBC Fraud & Cyber Awareness app is really helpful and keeps us completely up to date and ensures that the funds are as safe as possible. Secure, Easy and Adequate.

I trust the security levels HSBC adopts. The App is easy to use and negates the need for me to speak to anybody for anything to be done. The App is sufficient to meaty needs. Reviewed on: 7th March 2023

Best overall experience with banking.

I had difficulties opening a business bank account, Kinetic was the only bank that came through and explained every step on setting up my startup busi ess account. Top quality, up to date and user friendly. Recommend this for everyone whos just starting. Rest of the banks didn't explain why they could not give me an account. Reviewed on: 7th March 2023

Expensive with little benefits

They charge you £6.50 a month for an account and you’re left with no choice but to pay it. Also I had been a part of an APP scam and they weren’t very helpful in returning my money. The payment was made in 2 parts and one was through Santander bank. Luckily the recovered the money for me but HSBC were useless at this. I even sent them a letter from Santander to show they were able to help and still no help from HSBC. Otherwise they are an okay bank. Reviewed on: 7th March 2023
