TRUSTED, RELIABLE AND HELPFUL BANK

I wanted to compare my mortgage with what HSBC was offering. Adviser was very helpful, adviser did not pressurized me and offered a very clear and detailed explanation of their products. When I told her how many years I the mortgage for she tailored it according to my request. I did transferred the mortgage with them in the end as they offered the best. deal. Check and confirm everything

Generally ok, but had a negative experience when getting my mortgage. Was told to sign up for an account with a monthly fee and it would reduce the mortgage payment. That sounded good. Agreed. Made payments. Later had chance to review all the finance while sorting out house and wondered where the discount was. Went in to find out and was told no discount. Complained and was basically told tough, not getting monthly payments refunded, can't prove it was misrepresented. Reviewed on: 2nd April 2025

Very easy to use the layout is very clear when using online banking. I’ve been banking with hsbc for 3 years now and I have not had a single problem customer service is top tier answered all my questions and wait time is not long at all overall will highly recommend hsbc as I use it daily.
