Absolutely horrendous and getting worse rapidly

AVOID I am aged up of the lies, the fobbing off, lack of consistency, utter incompetence- been with them for almost 30 years and it’s getting worse. Reviewed on: 5th March 2023

Been a customer for 35 years

Missing some features

Is a good bank, but misses some features on the app, like more details when clicking on transactions, export payment confirmation in PDF too. Reviewed on: 3rd March 2023

Great switch

I switched to HSBC in January 2023 and the whole process was done very smoothly. Their app was a little complicated to get set up but now works fine. Reviewed on: 28th February 2023
