Very helpful staff who go out of their way to help you (Kendal branch).

I travel a lot for work and I've often run into problems that HSBC has helped me out with. I once had my debit card stolen and it was difficult to get a replacement while I was abroad. However, the helpful staff at Kendal branch enabled me to get a new card promptly, and they also suggested making my mother a signatory to my account so that she can authorise such processes in the future should a similar situation arise. Not Enough Branches

Super easy to keep track of everything on the go!

I want to tell you how much I love the HSBC banking app, it literally makes keeping track of my money so easy. I can transfer to my savings (or transfer back if I'm having a spending spree) make payments to friends and family and just generally keep a track on my incomings and outgoings, all from a click of a button where ever I am. I recently got married and went in to branch to change my name, I was in and out with 15mins and my new cards arrived within a week. For me though the highlight of HSBC (my friends and family think I'm crazy to get this excited) but they sent me a left handed cheque book, I've been struggling to fill cheques in for nearly 15 years, not anymore thanks to HSBC! Over 25 years great service from a high street bank

I'm very impressed with HSBC , they upgraded me to an advance bank account, telephone banking is easy , very good customer service. Reviewed on: 4th February 2018
