I was struggling a couple of years ago and was able to consolidate my loans into one place. The staff were friendly, and supportive throughout the process. The information was explained accurately to me, and was able to open savings at the time and have been able to add to that as well securing my financial future. Reviewed on: 27th May 2025

I have always had great service from hey hull maya from the Hull branch has always been so polite and helpful as has all the staff, the loans have always been affordable and not ridiculous high interest like other places. I’ve always had a great experience

I’ve always had a great experience with Heyu Credit Union. The team are very helpful and genuinely try their best to support me whenever they can. They treat people fairly and take the time to understand your situation, which really makes a difference. I’ve found them much more approachable and supportive than traditional banks.
