Treated with respect

The online application process is straightforward and easy to use. Communication with staff is quick and info about products easy to understand. Staff always willing to support and answer questions and offer 1-1 appt if required. Decisions very quick and money made available immediately. The whole experience of applying for my loan was quick and easy. I didn’t feel overwhelmed or that there was any hidden information I had missed. Each payment is taken out efficiently and my online account helps me keep track of how much I have left to pay. Reviewed on: 28th April 2025

I have borrowed from credit union and renewed my loan multiple times via the child benefit scheme and I like how I can withdraw to my bank whenever I want to, when my loan was cleared I used it as a savings account which was quite handy Reviewed on: 25th April 2025
