Very easy and responsible credit card provider

So far nothing but a positive experience with a Jaja credit card. Main point is that it just works (as a credit card should!). But the setup makes it easy to use the card well, from direct debit payments, the ability to freeze the card, notifications about spending and balance management, and the application process. Closing my account

Card Closing

No ‘thank you for being a customer’ , apology or real explanation as to why the card is being withdrawn. Not the way to demonstrate good customer service. I suggest that anyone who has a card with JaJa seeks a new card straight away and looks carefully at the card provider when applying - if it’s a JaJa card then walk away. Very poor

Having been with Post office for many years it was transferred to Jaja. Today giving no reason other than they are withdrawing the product and with no alternative offered I have received an email saying my account is to close in June. My son has also received the same email. Appalling! Reviewed on: 29th March 2023

discontinued my account

Card withdrawn

Having originally been with the Post Office credit card for over 15 years and then being made to transfer to Jaja in Oct 20, they have now withdrawn my card. I always pay off the full amount each month, They say that this product is being withdrawn- but no reason is given and certainly no apology or explanation. 2 months notice given. I have never had very good service from Jaja and would not recommend it to others. But since it now ceases to exist no point in any one applying for a Jaja credit card Reviewed on: 17th March 2023

Run away from JAJA

Got a credit card from them and everything went wrong after that. They have suspended my account for no reason. They will not tell me why and its been nearly 3 months now. I am disgusted by their treatment of me. I have not broken any rules, stayed within my limit, and always pay on time. Please do not apply for a credit card with them. worst ever

took out there asda credit card, got a small limit off £500 paid in full before due date each month, now frozen my account and will not tell me why! shocking company to deal with! Reviewed on: 21st November 2022

They have just increased their interest rate charged by 6.4%

I have never missed a payment and never been over my credit limit but they have increased my APR to 22.9%. Perhaps they think all their customers are mugs who will put up with anything. I wont Im closing my account. Reviewed on: 20th November 2022

Jaja refusing to honour balance transfer

In March i made a balance transfer to another provider aas i was sick and tired of Jaja service and how they calculate interest.and wanted to make use 0% charges and payments from another provider. They wrote to me to acknowledge this. So my balance was £215 which i wanted to pay off. A month later to my horror they have changed and reversed the amount for no reason. They say I owe £1800 and every month they put interest. In the meantime I have no problems with my new provider where I pay 0 percent interest. I called Jaja to seek clarification they had an inexperienced staff who knew nothing, the call lasted for an hour, failed to solve my problem, kept saying HSBC made a mistake. So if HSBC made a mistake why don't you direct me to the relevant department.She said they , her dept doesn't deal with this.Sihe kept pausing and going to ask her supervisor. I paid a fortune for this call. It was daytime and there was no need for her not to transfer me to the relevant department. She later said Jaja called me and I was not there. Is that reason why can't Jaja solve the problems as I no longer want to deal with them. I wrote to Jaja four times . In May, June , July and August. All letters were recorded. Up until this day Jaja charges me interest they shouldn't be doing. This has affected my credit ratings. My bank reduced allowances saying I couldn't afford!! Thanks to JAJA!!!!! Post office was taken overby Jaja. Post office had a good service. Jaja awful, it stinks, STAY AWAY FROM THEM. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. CONTINUE TO NAME AND SHAME UNTIL ITS BROUGHT TO ITS KNEES. Terrible customer support

Do not apply to change to Jaja or become a new customer terrible customer service. I was tempted as a old Asda credit card customer that then changed to creation but no money back . So I thought ohhh I will apply and go back to a endorseAsda credit card and get money back with JaJa not so simple glad to day after reading very negative reviews . Jaja can stick their card up their JaJa as applying affects credit rating even though it's soft credit rating it still affects !!!! Shame on you Asda partnering with JAJA did you not read the terrible reviews ??? Obviously not !!!???? Reviewed on: 26th August 2022
