Unable to contact and an app that doesn't work

On 3rd October, Jaja took over Bank or Ireland's credit card business. Just sign up for the app and all will be well - unfortunately the app won't let me (or a lot of others) register. I can't see my CC bill, The phone rings off every time you attempt to ring them. My only contact from them has been a letter acknowledging my complaint, warning of a potential 8 week wait! Bank of Ireland keep telling me that they are passing on my problem to Jaja, who ignore it. Run, don't walk, RUN from Jaja - if I ever get into their useless system I'll be cancelling my card. Run away from JAJA

Got a credit card from them and everything went wrong after that. They have suspended my account for no reason. They will not tell me why and its been nearly 3 months now. I am disgusted by their treatment of me. I have not broken any rules, stayed within my limit, and always pay on time. Please do not apply for a credit card with them. worst ever

took out there asda credit card, got a small limit off £500 paid in full before due date each month, now frozen my account and will not tell me why! shocking company to deal with! Reviewed on: 21st November 2022

They have just increased their interest rate charged by 6.4%

I have never missed a payment and never been over my credit limit but they have increased my APR to 22.9%. Perhaps they think all their customers are mugs who will put up with anything. I wont Im closing my account. Reviewed on: 20th November 2022

Jaja refusing to honour balance transfer

In March i made a balance transfer to another provider aas i was sick and tired of Jaja service and how they calculate interest.and wanted to make use 0% charges and payments from another provider. They wrote to me to acknowledge this. So my balance was £215 which i wanted to pay off. A month later to my horror they have changed and reversed the amount for no reason. They say I owe £1800 and every month they put interest. In the meantime I have no problems with my new provider where I pay 0 percent interest. I called Jaja to seek clarification they had an inexperienced staff who knew nothing, the call lasted for an hour, failed to solve my problem, kept saying HSBC made a mistake. So if HSBC made a mistake why don't you direct me to the relevant department.She said they , her dept doesn't deal with this.Sihe kept pausing and going to ask her supervisor. I paid a fortune for this call. It was daytime and there was no need for her not to transfer me to the relevant department. She later said Jaja called me and I was not there. Is that reason why can't Jaja solve the problems as I no longer want to deal with them. I wrote to Jaja four times . In May, June , July and August. All letters were recorded. Up until this day Jaja charges me interest they shouldn't be doing. This has affected my credit ratings. My bank reduced allowances saying I couldn't afford!! Thanks to JAJA!!!!! Post office was taken overby Jaja. Post office had a good service. Jaja awful, it stinks, STAY AWAY FROM THEM. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. CONTINUE TO NAME AND SHAME UNTIL ITS BROUGHT TO ITS KNEES. Terrible customer support

Do not apply to change to Jaja or become a new customer terrible customer service. I was tempted as a old Asda credit card customer that then changed to creation but no money back . So I thought ohhh I will apply and go back to a endorseAsda credit card and get money back with JaJa not so simple glad to day after reading very negative reviews . Jaja can stick their card up their JaJa as applying affects credit rating even though it's soft credit rating it still affects !!!! Shame on you Asda partnering with JAJA did you not read the terrible reviews ??? Obviously not !!!???? Reviewed on: 26th August 2022

Absolutely shocking company

I have had my credit card since Saturday 20th August and after using it one on Saturday my account was placed on a review and blocked. I had to wait until Monday 22nd to speak with customer service. My card was unblocked and £10 credit added to my account. On Wednesday 14th August I used my card and my account was placed onto a review. Customer service is shocking, you call them, go through data protection and get told they are not able to disclose anything about my account to me and that I must wait 2 - 3 days until the relevant department contact me. This company is an absolute joke. Why accept me for a card if you are not happy with me using my card for transactions over £100 and block my card. HOW THE HELL CAN MY ACCOUNT NEED 2 REVIEWS A BLOODY WEEK. PLEASE PEOPLE, STAY CLEAR FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! Reviewed on: 24th August 2022

Cannot use card

Secondary card holder app doesn’t work - called customer service x3. Not very knowledgable. Kept passing on between teams. Then said customer service hours were over / call back after the weekend. Reviewed on: 12th August 2022

Exceptionally bad

Try to purchase something needed to use the app , the app never works then got online and online service not working , tried to call then no one answered, avoid this company , used to be post office and it was good and since changed to JaJa is absolute shambles Reviewed on: 15th July 2022

My app hasn't worked in nearly a month

After numberous phone calls I can't get my app to work. I can't authorise larger payments online using the app. Noone can give me any estimate of how long it will take to fix. Reviewed on: 13th July 2022

Modern and easy

Jaja are a company that embrace progress without making changes for changes sake. Their customer care is friendly and efficient. The card is especially good for foreign travel (this will be a priority for me when the world opens up). The app is user friendly and has some very clever little features like notifications when you use the card). I'm not a geek, but... well perhaps I am and Jaja satisfies the needs of this nerd bird.
