Incompetent management

After offering a leading interest rate which swamped them with applications resulting in weeks-long delays dealing with basic customer service requests for existing customers, their management are unapologetic. Totally inappropriate for them ti be considered for any kind of reward. Considered for having their banking licence revoked would be more like it. Reviewed on: 31st March 2023

Failed

Applied for a Kroo Account via their app. Took nearly 20 days to be processed. Account was rejected even with a very good credit score via Credit Karma. No reason given. Contacted customer support to find out why and was told, a week later, that they couldn't tell me. Signed up for an Atom account around the same time and was up and running within a couple of days with no issues. Would not rank Kroo Bank. Reviewed on: 31st March 2023
