Fabulous app

Very easy to use app, versatile, alerts me when direct debits are due or any outgoing are debiting the account. Regular notifications. Seamless app with all the information clearly populated and fast response times when I have used the in app chat feature. Overall throughly pleased with the Kroo Bank app and will be recommending to friends and family. Reviewed on: 21st March 2024

Kroo have been very patient whilst I've adapted from online banking to a banking app. My statements are always accurate, I love the interest added every month and I'm finding it very fast and easy to use (after initial hiccups.) Easy-to-use app, with real-time notifications and easy approvals. A bit minimalistic, there's a lot of scope for new features to compete with other digital banks like Monzo and Starling, but the team seem to be actively looking for feedback and developing features, which is nice to see. A modern marvel

Easiest at moving money, almost immediate help and of course excellent interest on a current account. No problem with withdrawal of funds from a cash point. Reviewed on: 20th March 2024

Simple but Brilliant

Very simple App to navigate - if my 87 year old Mum can use it - anyone can. Very fast and professional account setting up process. Immediate notifications of any withdrawals or receipts via App plus a very healthy credit interest rate. Cannot fault it in anyway Reviewed on: 20th March 2024
