Really supportive guidance when your precious bike has been fleeced, essential parts stolen. Able to get a replacement with in a week which was lucky during Covid Brexit times so extremely grateful for such an fast turnaround. Reviewed on: 8th October 2021

Not just the best 'Cycle' insurer, the best insurer full stop!

The idea of a community/pool insurance is not just genius, its fair. Yes I'm prepared for variable monthly premium if they representative of the claim levels to encourage good behaviour. And great execution, simple website, easy to add clothing or accessories. I wish all insurers could be this good. Reviewed on: 8th October 2021
