Easy claims process & fair pricing

Monthly breakdowns of how your fee is split between different costs for the company let's you know you're getting a fair price. Claims are dealt with really fast and no fussing by them trying to avoid paying out. Highly recommended Reviewed on: 14th August 2020

Best experience ever

After being a Laka customer for just over 4 weeks, my bike suffer some physical damage. After making my claim, which by the way is a very easy and simple process the Laka team made it their task to get me up and running in no time. Communication was great and clear and my problem was solved extremely fast. Happy to have them as my insurance providers. The team are extremely helpful in helping me with any question I have regarding my insurance. Whenever I need help, I am able to get this within minutes. They have made filing a claim as easy as it could be. The unfortunate nature of Insurance cover is you only find out how good it is when you need to make a claim. Laka were outstanding in dealing with my claim. Excellent

Knocked off my bike on the first day of my holiday. Laka were quick to respond and my cover provided me with bike hire costs so I could keep cycling on holiday.
