Feel good insurance

Fair insurance, great service, knowledgable staff. I've never felt compelled to recommend an insurer before, but I have recommended Laka to many. I've been forunate that I haven't had to claim, but know someone who has and it was just a stellar experience. Gone is the knot of uncertainty that usually comes with insurance, I feel confident I'm protected by my Laka cover. IMO this is Insurance the way it should be! Reviewed on: 31st July 2020

Focus Cayo

I joined Laka as a friend said they were very pro-cyclists and that we can get initially £25 discount, so I decided to take the plunge. After several months I hadn't used it for any reason but 3 weeks ago, I was on club ride and suddenly the first two riders were avoiding water on the side of the road and moved to the middle but as the day was soo cold it was freezing weather and the entire group slid. I ended up with the most damage and wasn't able to even ride on or home. So taxi it was! I took photos, contacted Damir and the rest was soo easy, they were always there when I sent a message and arrange a local bike company to collect and repair, within a week they managed to fully repair and I was back on the road. Nothing else but praise for this company. I highly recommend as I usually ride every weekend and with the knowledge that Laka will always be there if I have an accident. Easy and Cheap
