Does what I need and speaks my language

I’ve loved the experience with laka. Easy to update my bikes, the rates are competitive and flex in a way that’s transparent and feels democratic. When I did have to claim earlier this year I had a very personalised service with options of solutions which let me decide the best way for me to get back on my bike. Couldn’t ask for more! I love the way you list items by taking pics of them as well as the innovative approach to mutualisation of risks. They’ve done an incredible job with their branding and people in the cycling community talk about them as a cycle brand - rather than an insurance brand.
