Excellent flexibility and great advice

I recently carried out a e conversion on my hybrid bike. I told my existing cycle insurance company. To cut a long story short, the company did not cover the conversion and also did not inform me that my cover was invalid. I was referred to laka by many cycling friends. Their advice was really clear, I was able to add my bikes, conversion kits, accessories to my policy easily. There when you need them.

Having to claim on your bike insurance is never a nice experience given a crash, incident or theft is usually involved. I felt that Laka were ‘in my corner’ during the claim and made the whole process very easy to manage which makes a huge difference and takes away the stress. 10 outta 10 Reviewed on: 1st September 2023
