At every stage my experience of Leek Building Society and their staff has been fabulous. The phones are answered quickly, and you get the sense that the person on the end of the phone is smiling. I recently placed my first mortgage with yourselves...

I recently placed my first mortgage with yourselves and it was a smooth process from start to finish. The underwriter on the case (Emarald) was fantastic and despite the quirky circumstances of the client, Leek were able to get an offer produced. Kind, supportive and professional

The staff at the Newcastle-under Lyme branch were extremely helpful and supportive when I was made redundant. They guided me through insurance etc. This was in 2010. I continued with them before being able to pay my mortgage off. I currently have a Savings account with Leek United.
