Impressive Mortgage process

The mortgage process went well, in particular the valuation was done quite quickly. The mortgage advisor was very helpful, in fact during the process when I was abroad she made sure she contacted me on the temporary number I gave her. However, my only frustration was after the valuation when I was told everything was ok, it took a while for the team to officially confirm/ send docs over to me. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2024

I'd never heard of Leek until they were recommended...

I'd never heard of Leek until they were recommended to us and now I recommend them to everyone! Their person-focused approach really helped us as first time buyers, they took the time to help us understand our options both first time and at renewal. Embarking on a mortgage.

Embarking on a mortgage would rank upon the single most financial commitment in anyones life and can be a stressful time. LBS Mortgage team made sure our concerns and aspirations were answered before we engaged in our mortgage and that as far as reasonably practical, the mortgage would be a sound financial investmentfor the future. This service has been extended over the course of the mortgage renewals at the end of each term. We have shopped around but have always returned to LBS. Reviewed on: 13th January 2025

Small business owner mortage

As a small business owner - getting a mortgage can be challenging. My mortgage adviser found me a good product that suited my needs with the Leeds BS. I am able to pay additional amounts as i wish to and it it so easy just to call and make the payment. All of the staff i have spoken to have been excellent and so friendly. so nice to speak to friendly human beings that are based in the UK. Reviewed on: 13th January 2025

Straight forward mortgage application

We took a mortgage with Leek back in 2022. The process was easy and straight forward. There were no issues with the process and they were easy to work with from start to finish. We have also been able to make annual overpayments without any penalties to bring down our capital balance and mortgage term. We will look to remortgage with leek when our current rate expires.
