Standing out in front...!!!

I have four buy to let mortgages with the Leek. The application process was very simple, with advise all the way. It is also so simple at renewal time, everything is taken care of and any questions answered promptly. I have had experiences with many lenders, but the Leek United stands out in front of them all. Great service

Good experience

Previously was declined by another bank due to valuation problems with the home we was buying so switched to Leek and had a much better experience. The only down-side was we were not told when our first payment would be (moved in 28/10) and they then phoned us for the first payment on the 1/11 even though they previously discussed it would be 30 days between the dates. We have been with Leek for over 12 years, and they have always been very accommodating and of course, ensure we are getting the best deal around.
