Leek Building Society was there for me when my dear...

Leek Building Society was there for me when my dear mother passed away, by helping me as a Beneficiary to my mother's Will. I was initially unwilling to accept or take my Inheritance because I felt that spending the money when take away all the precious memories that I had of my mother. Their Customer Service staff provided me with a safe confidential space and time in which to decide on various ways of saving in which to keep my late mother's memory alive. I wouldn't have been able to have dealt with the early days of my mother's bereavement without the caring and compassionate Leek Building Society staff Reviewed on: 24th March 2024

Fixed bond experience

Took out a fixed bond a couple of years ago, very simple to do and nice to have a friendly voice on the end of the phone for any queries. Doing it all on line was easy and stress free. Reviewed on: 19th January 2026

We received excellent personal service

We received excellent personal service from several staff at our local branch, they could not have been more helpful whilst opening accounts for our Grandchildren and ourselves.
