They are the local friendly face for financial advic...

They are the local friendly face for financial advice and support, great for savings and excellent mortgage deals, I recommend them to family and friends who are also happy with the service. Dan is our local branch manager, he and the ladies in our branch know their customers by name and always have a smile for us when we go in. They support local community charity events, provide a friendly chat for the elderly, are open Monday to Saturday and are very accessible, plus the recent refurbishment of branch shows how invested the building society is in continuing to provide their services to our area Reviewed on: 20th March 2024

I have been a customer with the Leek Building Societ...

I have been a customer with the Leek Building Society for many years. I have had savings accounts and a mortgage with them. I have found that being able to talk someone in branch, especially in connection with my mortgage to be really helpful and more personalised, and they always reward loyalty with better savings rates for existing customers. ISA Transfer

I had to transfer several stocks &shares ISA's to a cash ISA's and I found that most Banks/Building Society's either found this process very difficult or some just would'nt do it!.But I found it very simple easy to transfer to a Leek Building Society 5 Year Fixed Rate Cash ISA and I was shocked how quickly the whole process took.
