I opened my 2nd savings account with Leek United yesterday and the service was second to none. The transaction was seamless and I would not hesitate in recommending them to friends and family. Reviewed on: 1st July 2022

Customer service can be shockingly bad and has been...

Customer service can be shockingly bad and has been for quite a while now. When going into the Derby Street branch, certain staff can make it difficult to draw money out. I have been questioned about my signature before and even been asked what i want the money for! I also know of several people that have had the same problem. Reviewed on: 22nd February 2024

Great local building society that’s still on the high street, where I can go in to a building and discuss options. Open 6 days a week, convenient, local and personable. The staff are excellent, friendly and polite. Excellent option for people like me who think that closing branches is the wrong way to go. Reviewed on: 21st February 2024
