Didn't change address properly

I contacted the Bank on many occasions to change an overseas address as I was stuck there due to Covid-19 and my card had expired. The staff I spoke to on the phone only put in the 1st line of the address despite me spelling the full address patiently word for word. Being a part of the Club just keeps getting better and better!

I love what Lloyds offer with the Club account and frankly feel none of the competition can match them. With recently adding Disney+ as well as Savings rates of 6.25%, in a Cost of living crisis, Lloyds is the Bank to be with! Reviewed on: 5th April 2023
