Not happy

Absolute parasites. They are no different from thieves. I wouldn't use them if they were the last bank if they were the last bank in the world Reviewed on: 4th October 2021

Been with them for over 50 years

I joined Lloyds Bank at the age of 16 and, of course, had an account with them. I see no reason to go elsewhere as the accounts I have are good for me and I have regular meetings with an Advisor. The staff are always friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Reviewed on: 26th September 2021

Amazing choice

Lloyd’s bank believes in my self, all other banks refuse open account, credit card, account limit but Lloyd’s believe also give to me too many option and credit. Reviewed on: 14th June 2021

Incompetence..!

i try to make a payment with western union from 2 days ago and Lloyds bank stop the transfer..i transfer money from western union from 6-7 years and no problem at all but from 2 days Lioyd cant unblock my transfer..i lost 5-6 hours on the phone with them in 2 days..they move me from one department to another...ridiculous how many incompents people are working there..i will close my lloyds account with them..! Good rates
