Diabolical treatment of a vulnerable customer

Appalling gross misconduct against a vulnerable person having lost me over £40,000 through fraud and scams inconsistent procedures from their staff appalling. Customer care from management and appalling communication between fraud team is banks et cetera. Avoid them like the plague they won’t even allow me to move over to NatWest bank. Great app, shame branches have to close

The app is great! You can check your credit rating on there and it holds loads of information. It also suggests how to improve your rating. It always seems to get better with the app. As I said though, shame about the branches closing for people who perhaps depend upon visiting a branch and aren't online or need to use a counter service. Although, being able to use the Post Office is good, but maybe needs promoting more. Reviewed on: 13th March 2023
