Excellent bank

They are always very helpful, whenever I have gone into the branch there has always been someone standing to greet me and ask what I need help with. The few times I have gone in to sort out some issues such as removing a joint account holder or raising a charge back they have been brilliant. Reviewed on: 14th March 2024

Reliable friendly bank

A pleasant bank

I have had a current account with Lloyds since I was 19 & have always found it to be a good bank. I never have issues with my local branch & find Lloyds to be trustworthy! I have recently upgraded my account to a Club Lloyds which allows me to have 6 free cinema tickets per year & I can honestly say that is the only reason I decided to upgrade. I think the bank could offer more to its customers, the interest rates on the savings accounts aren’t great & the app is packed with so much information that it isn’t that easy to navigate. Rewarding

Love the range of perks that come with the current account for a small fee of £3. I find the app very easy to use & navigate and Lloyds are easy to speak to on the phone. Reviewed on: 10th January 2023
