A pleasant bank

I have had a current account with Lloyds since I was 19 & have always found it to be a good bank. I never have issues with my local branch & find Lloyds to be trustworthy! I have recently upgraded my account to a Club Lloyds which allows me to have 6 free cinema tickets per year & I can honestly say that is the only reason I decided to upgrade. I think the bank could offer more to its customers, the interest rates on the savings accounts aren’t great & the app is packed with so much information that it isn’t that easy to navigate. Good bank and modern platform

Good banking options through branch and online platform, secure bank that validates transactions and new payees. Not had any issues and full control over my finances. Reviewed on: 14th January 2023

Rewarding

Love the range of perks that come with the current account for a small fee of £3. I find the app very easy to use & navigate and Lloyds are easy to speak to on the phone. Reviewed on: 10th January 2023

Charge for buying foreign currency

Signed up for a brand new credit card, with reams and reams of greens and conditions. Have just bought £500 worth of foreign currency and got charged £25 for doing so with no warning what so ever! Phoned up Lloyds and nothing they can do about it. Gutted Reviewed on: 10th January 2023

Shame

They are so messed up that have issues with standing orders. Also, if you don't do a standing order BEFORE THE 25TH OF EACH MONTH, they won't accept it, but they don't tell you that. Shame Reviewed on: 3rd January 2023
