Didn't change address properly

I contacted the Bank on many occasions to change an overseas address as I was stuck there due to Covid-19 and my card had expired. The staff I spoke to on the phone only put in the 1st line of the address despite me spelling the full address patiently word for word. The new Debit card never arrived Obviously due to this major error Reviewed on: 19th February 2023

Great online service and package of benefits

Using the APP to do my online banking gets easier every year, it is user friendly and lets me easily keep my finances in order The free magazine subscription is an added bonus... Fintech's boast innovative features - but none compare to Lloyds. Reviewed on: 7th January 2020

Great rewards!

The Lloyds Club account has amazing benefits. You can choose 1 of 3 lifestyle benefits such as 6 cinema tickets, an annual magazine subscription or annual Gourmet Society membership. You get these renewed every year! We choose the cinema tickets and enjoy some free family days out. You can also earn monthly credit interest. There is no fee with this account if you pay more than £1500 into it per month, and £3 if you don't. Overall I would definitely recommend this account. Reviewed on: 4th January 2020
