Brilliant fees so you can access great interest at no cost

I like the way the account is set up, it’s great to be able to get 1.5% on a current account and you can avoid the account fees if you set your money up right. Reviewed on: 22nd February 2021

Very good online banking app

Easy to use, not too much unnecessary buttons, all that you need with enough information, the only downside is the random unrelated cashback shop options but other than that cannot fault lloyds online banking at all Reviewed on: 21st February 2021

Easy to manage current account with some perks

I opened my current account last year and mostly manage it via the app. The app is easy to navigate and use. A yearly bonus is a nice additional benefit although choosing cinema tickets was not the best option for the last 12 months Reviewed on: 19th February 2021

Great Banking App & Fair Interest Rates

I love the Lloyds Bank banking app as it makes it super easy to do all aspects of my banking with my phone. The app is also well structured and gives could visibility of outgoings and income. I also appreciate the very competitive interest you earn on your PCA balance up to £5k. Would definitely recommend Lloyds Bank and in particular it's PCA to anyone! Reviewed on: 18th February 2021

Very bad fraud team experience

Recently re-opened a club Lloyd's account as a savings account was due to mature.. all was well until I tried yo transfer some money and my account was blocked. I totally understand security/Fraud teams need to be vigilant. However I tried contacting them during the early hours but after 45 mins on the phone gave up. The next afternoon I tried again, wow how my life changed I answered EVERY Security question . Even advised the date is re-pened the account and each and every transaction i had done. The Fraud Team advisor stated this would be a long call. He kept putting me on hold .. would not transfer me to a manager or supervisor or raise a complaint as he decided to completely block my account. Unfortunately due to bereavement I was not home and had limited ID which Bank of Scotland would not accept. This fraud team member really made my life hell even though I was able to correctly answer every question correctly. I have since contacted the Lloyd's Group CEO and asked for the call to be listened to. Reviewed on: 19th January 2021
