Lloyds Bank is a trusted and helpful bank

Club Lloyds also offers club Advantage Savings Accounts with good rates of interest, albeit gross rates. They’re a well respected and long established bank and offer great supportive services. Very easy to bank online as well as in branches. Branch services were brilliant when I bought an expensive car and had to make the transaction in branch due to online transactions limit. There isn't much choice in current accounts.

There isn't much choice in current accounts. I am still with Lloyds but it is just a case of the best of a bad bunch. Yes they do the basics quite well but if you want branch service take a chair and flask of tea with you because you could be queuing for quite a time. The Club Regular Saver is amongst the market leaders but Lloyds do not make it easy for customers and the rigmarole of closing and opening the account every 12 months gets tedious after you have done it several times.
