I upgraded my Lloyds Current account to Club Lloyds recently. It was very easy to upgrade and I am getting a good rate of interest.

I decided to upgrade my account because of the good rate of interest. The process of upgrading was so easy and my account runs like a dream. I like being able to do everything online and not having to go into a branch. As an added bonus I also get a free 12 months' subscription to a magazine of my choice. Reviewed on: 10th August 2015

Easy banking with perks

I like the Lloyds website which is easy to use. I also have a great linked monthly saver account with a high 3% interest rate. As part of Club Lloyds I also get a free gift - I chose a monthly free gardening magazine. Reviewed on: 13th November 2017

Good interest and perks on £5,000.

As well as getting 5% interest on £5,000 you get free cinema tickets (or other options) every year. Just need to pay in £1,500 a month(this can be done using another Lloyds account) and pay 2 direct debits each month. No account charge if you maintain a £5,000 credit balance. Top notch account

Very helpful staff setting up the account and noting was too much trouble. Earn decent interest despite current standard rates being low. App very easy to use. Customer service afterwards is also good. Reviewed on: 11th November 2017

Simple to use, good value

No issues with this account, very easy to use. On the odd occasion that I have had to contact the telephone banking system, the staff have been incredibly helpful. The internet and mobile apps are amongst the best out there. Reviewed on: 8th November 2017

Great service even if you are not a customer

I went to several high street banks, trying to change an old £5 note. I was refused or asked to pay the money into an account. Coventry wouldn't let me pay into my own account as I didn't have the details with me. Lloyds simply swapped the fiver without asking if I had an account. Reviewed on: 8th November 2017

Fees for debit use overseas.

Numerous fees seem to applied to individual purchases in small increments. If you make a number of purchases, the totals can be significant. Reviewed on: 8th November 2017
