I upgraded my Lloyds Current account to Club Lloyds recently. It was very easy to upgrade and I am getting a good rate of interest.

I decided to upgrade my account because of the good rate of interest. The process of upgrading was so easy and my account runs like a dream. I like being able to do everything online and not having to go into a branch. As an added bonus I also get a free 12 months' subscription to a magazine of my choice. Reviewed on: 10th August 2015

Great current account

I've had this bank account for the past few years and had no problems, plus I think the bank provides a high level of customer service. They also give you a yearly offer of free cinema tickets, tastecard, or a free magazine subscription! Reviewed on: 5th February 2017

22 Years Later........

I have been with Lloyds (Was Lloyds TSB) for over 22 years. It was the first bank account my Mum signed me up to at the ripe old age of 10....... I have multipul online savings accounts and another current account with them - having the various accounts makes it so easy to budget and move money around. Another bonus for me is no silly card readers!!! The only down side is there has been a glitch with the app on android phones for over 2 months now and it still hasn't been fixed! Good rewards and decent interest rate for a current account

They do excellent everyday rewards where you can get discounts in numerous shops and restaurants just by using your debit card. The incentives each year for having the account are also enticing - last year I had a free Gourmet Society card and this year I chose six free cinema tickets. My only criticism is that they have just lowered the tiered rates of interest - it was 4% on balances between £4K and £5K which was much more appealing, so I will be looking at other saving options. Good interest rates

It gives some lifestyle benefits for a small fee. The fee gets credited back if one sets up two direct debits from the account. The interest rate though have gone down is still better compared to others on the market Reviewed on: 15th January 2017

General banking

Having internet hackers take money from my account Lloyds assisted me very well. Money was paid back into my account in a few days. On the debit side they have halved the interest on the account and reduced the ISA rates to virtually nothing Reviewed on: 30th December 2016
