I upgraded my Lloyds Current account to Club Lloyds recently. It was very easy to upgrade and I am getting a good rate of interest.

I decided to upgrade my account because of the good rate of interest. The process of upgrading was so easy and my account runs like a dream. I like being able to do everything online and not having to go into a branch. As an added bonus I also get a free 12 months' subscription to a magazine of my choice. Reviewed on: 10th August 2015

Never in 50 odd years have I considered switching my bank until this week. I decided to try and choose Lloyds what a smooth excellent experience. I did it online and it all went through easily. There isn't much choice in current accounts.

There isn't much choice in current accounts. I am still with Lloyds but it is just a case of the best of a bad bunch. Yes they do the basics quite well but if you want branch service take a chair and flask of tea with you because you could be queuing for quite a time. The Club Regular Saver is amongst the market leaders but Lloyds do not make it easy for customers and the rigmarole of closing and opening the account every 12 months gets tedious after you have done it several times.
