Reliable and easy

I've been with Lloyds for around 25 years and have always found it an easy, helpful bank to deal with. The online services are great and when I've spoken to advisors, they have always been friendly and clear. Reviewed on: 27th April 2020

Good Bank, Strong App

I switched to Lloyds very easily this year, I bank primarily online and in-app. My only complaint would be the in-app ad screens for Lloyds products before you can access the account details. It would also be nice if there was a functionality to share your bank details from within the app. Reviewed on: 9th February 2020

Straightforward & transparent

Our former bank closed all current accounts so we were forced to look for another bank. Both of our older children have an under 19s current account with Lloyds and they have had no issues. Opening the accounts was straightforward, online banking is straightforward and levels of security are very good. Reviewed on: 9th February 2020
