Was with them 8 years

Was with Lloyd's for 8 years and only needed to contact them once during that time. I was sent from department to department and told to go to branch after this the branch staff told me to call and was eventually told there was nothing that could be done to help. Switched to NatWest in Feb and have had no problems when needing help. Reviewed on: 5th November 2019

High Interest and Just a place to put money!

High interest charged everyday if in overdraft-unlike the old standard charge etc. Would not increase overdraft , though have been with them for years. All that is really pleasant is the black horse pictures and memories of an old account number! Reviewed on: 5th November 2019

The Bank that likes to say no!

Been with them 42 yrs no problems, my wife and I had been given incorrect info in that because it was a joint account we couldn't share details like we had she had to have her own online details ok fine, I then tried logging on with mine and after 2 hours of the customer agent telling me I had inputted my password in incorrect which I hadn't, as I hadn't even got to the part of putting the password in! So bottom line is now my wife can access our accounts but I have to wait 3-5 working days for a code to prove who I am?! go figure?! even though it has been my account for 32 yrs before I put my wife on it! They said you will have to use cheques or phonebank- ok who uses or accepts cheques nowadays? phonebank -I wanted to transfer money out of the account into another bank- so now its is your wife there I said no , well you cant transfer that out as its joint!!!!! Annoyed is not the word so now I'm going to say yes...…...to another bank!!!!! Reviewed on: 23rd September 2019
