Poor VFM, too many emails, good website & app

Poor interest rates, but what do you expect from a bank. Poor ethos generally I'd say if my experience in claiming back missold PPI was anything to go by. It's coloured my perceptions of them ever since! Way too many marketing emails. The app is great, it's easy to use and feels secure. Website is good, and recently updated so you can easily access past statements within a given timeframe. Reviewed on: 4th March 2021

0./10 NOT BY YOUR SIDE AT ALL

cut off many many times after 50 to 55 minutes waiting to get through on the phone despite paying for each call. No help when I got through but to be passed from section then cut off again! No idea of customer service now they are working from home with no manager I suppose. Unable to use the account so will have to close it. Reviewed on: 10th February 2021

STAY AWAY FROM LLOYDS BANK!

Sincerely recommend you DON'T USE LLOYDS BANK!! 1. Wait for a month after opened the account to get the card. The reason was the staffs forgot to order the card. 2.Really bad service. Always wait more than half an hour to connect the supporters on the phone. The supporters on the phone are really impatient, hang up the phone when the signal is not good or when they don't hear you clearly. And the staffs in the brunch are really unhelpful, always ask customers to wait without giving help. 3. Locked my account without any reason after I transformed money from another bank. 4. Sent me the invalid activation code for twice. Overall, if you don't what any trouble, stay away from lloyds bank! Reviewed on: 22nd November 2020
