Been with them for 11 years!

Opened my first account through Lloyds when I was 16 and have stuck with them all the way through to this very day (am 27 now). Never let me down and were very helpful and speedy at resolving the issue I had when I got scammed via a fraudulent e-mail when I was at University (was more naive then than I am now).
