Switch from Lloyds at all costs

Awful app. Awful customer service. Awful everything. Awfiln company. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Reviewed on: 10th July 2019

Lazy

The local branch closed. There are few staff available at the closest branch. They pay next to nothing in interest on this and the savings account. And when I needed to pay in a cheque from the USA they charged a small fortune for a process that costs next to nothing. Reviewed on: 22nd November 2019

Lack of branches

Ok but there isn’t a branch where I live (Beverley) which makes things difficult if I do need to pop in. Also the closest one to me (Cottingham) isn’t open on a Saturday morning and I work full-time during the week therefore it’s hard for me to get to a branch if I need to. Accessible and easy to use

I have always found Lloyds to be a helpful banking service. Their phone app is accessible but secure and easy to use. Reviewed on: 22nd November 2019

Good all round bank

Bank has a great and easy to use app which most actions can be done through. Would be rated better if some of the interest rate / apr numbers were more clearly shown on the website and on the app with a calculator to calculate interest based on monthly repayments. Reviewed on: 22nd November 2019

A safe bet

The anti- fraud team have been incredible. My money feels very safe. They contact me straight away if something is amiss. Reviewed on: 20th November 2019

Was with them 8 years

Was with Lloyd's for 8 years and only needed to contact them once during that time. I was sent from department to department and told to go to branch after this the branch staff told me to call and was eventually told there was nothing that could be done to help. Switched to NatWest in Feb and have had no problems when needing help. Reviewed on: 5th November 2019

Simply The Best!!

Have been a customer of Lloyds Bank for nearly 12 years and have always received excellent service, help and advice whenever I have needed it. Thank you Lloyds Bank!!! Reviewed on: 5th November 2019
