Would recommend

Always great customer service when I visit the bank, always happy to help whenever they can, the internet banking is easy to use, got free cinema tickets from them which was great, only problems I've ever had were with isas but they sorted it out for me very quickly. Hassle free service

I've been a customer for 30 years and they've been retry sound the whole time. As long as I keep them informed they're usually supportive and give me what I need. Reviewed on: 28th June 2017
