helpful and reasonable

Waste of time

I signed up to the text alert service and asked to be notified when my account fell to £15 or less as I did not want to use my overdraft. The text notifications suddenly stopped and I received charges for going overdrawn on numerous occasions. I later found out from different internet forums that this had happened to many people. I was never notified that this service was being stopped. It cost me on several occasions and I am not happy about it Reviewed on: 10th February 2018

Poor service in branches

My local branch isn't bad, and the staff are efficient but poorly staffed so you have to book an appointment to see someone, usually about 2-3 weeks away. Whenever I go into the branch in my nearest city, the service is terrible and the staff clueless. I don't want to transact all my banking online but that's what we're being pushed to do. Excellent benefits

I love the fact that you can get cash back using your debit card. I have also been the beneficiary of a 'have one on us 'payment which was a wonderful surprise. Reviewed on: 10th February 2018

Reliable and meets my needs

Been a customer and had my current account for over 20yrs. They've met all my needs, got me through my uni days with a overdraft then helped me take out a loan to pay off my overdraft over 5yrs. Never had any problems. Reviewed on: 8th February 2018
