Daily interest on planned overdraft to 'help' their customers

The title says it all. I've had a planned overdraft with Lloyds for years and they now decide that for 'my benefit' they will charge me daily. It makes my statements look like utter nonsense, totally confusing and unnecessary. Reviewed on: 10th May 2018

Moving with the times

I'm really impressed with the amount and quality of the cash back offers that the account offer to customers. The providers are highstreet big names that I would shop at normally and now I get a little back into my account. In comparision my wife has an account with HSBC and their cashback providers on the whole are awful, and for providers you would not normally shop with, or you only get cash back if you shop online with companies you are more likely to shop with on the highstreet. I have found the bank staff accessible and friendly, which is especially useful when I'm dealing with international transfers delayed by red tape (that is, security concerns) in another country. Reviewed on: 11th February 2018
