AN OK BANK

i HAVE ALWAYS BANKED WITH llOYDS BUT RECENTLY i HAVE THOUGHT OF CHANGING BECAUSE IT IS BECOMING SO HARD TO FIND A BRANCH THAT IS STILL OPEN. wE USED TO HAVE A BRANCH IN TOWNS NEAR US BUT NOW WE HAVE A MINIMUM 35 MINUTE JOURNEY TO FIND ONE. iM SO DISAPPOINTED Reviewed on: 7th January 2018

Horrific daily charges

Does what it's supposed to

Good Customer Service

Does all it should - easy and quick

Long service

I have been with Lloyds bank since leaving school and would not consider changing banks even 40 odd years on, helpful and informative and online banking is a doddle. Reviewed on: 3rd January 2018

Great current account

I think the basic Lloyds current account is really good. The online banking is really easy to use and the mobile banking app makes banking on the move very easy. Would definitely recommend. Reviewed on: 31st December 2017
