Straightforward acct

Not much more than a standard bank

The lack of benefits for long standing customers is appalling, loyalty should be rewarded, instead the offers for switching banks seems much more enticing however would not want to go through the hassle of switching Reviewed on: 6th November 2017

Decent service

Decent service, no limit to how much money I can take out in one day, but can't be overdraft without them knowing. Reviewed on: 18th September 2017

Student account holder

A bank like any other really, having an account with them and TSB, they don't really provide anything particularly interesting to students - they also have very high unplanned overdraft fees, which in an of themselves I don't disagree with, however it doesn't seem sensible to leave them so high on a student acct. I was once charged £15 for an overdraft of £2 which is borderline punitive. In any case, decent bank - could be more attractive to students. Reviewed on: 17th September 2017

Would recommend

Always great customer service when I visit the bank, always happy to help whenever they can, the internet banking is easy to use, got free cinema tickets from them which was great, only problems I've ever had were with isas but they sorted it out for me very quickly.
