Decent Enough

Fine, easy to access in branch but phone service needs work. There are very few perks for new customers and almost nothing to keep existing customers really which encourages you to look elsewhere. Reviewed on: 8th November 2017

Nothing special.

I can't complain like Santander customers would be entitled to, but the returns on this account are rock bottom, with no reward for loyalty whatsoever. In addition to the new overdraft charge overhaul, it feels less consumer friendly than ever. Reviewed on: 8th November 2017

Bank for life

I've always been a customer of Lloyds Bank since I opened my first 'proper' account when I was a teenager. I've never had any issues and always receive great customer service. Why would I go elsewhere?? Reviewed on: 8th November 2017
