So easy and simple

I am very pleased with all internet and mobile banking from Lloyds Bank. Website is so easy to use, most of my transactions, transfers and payments I can complete from the comfort of my home. System is very secure and reliable. Reviewed on: 19th February 2016

Ok bank

Having got a few cheques to put into my account I stood waiting, lady came over and told me about the machine where you can pay in. yes I knew about that, but I had several cheques and thought it would be easier for me to use the cashier. upon getting to the cashier I was told of the machine again! yes I know I told her, and informed her I had more than 5 cheques to deposit. It made me very unwelcomed and made to think I shouldn't be using the cashier. Reviewed on: 19th February 2016

Never had any problems although mainly online bank

fantastic service

My bank is in Mildenhall and I have been in the branch many times and I'm always greeted by name. I receive a text everyday to inform me if i'm near my limit and this helps my budgeting. The best bank I have ever banked with Reviewed on: 18th February 2016
