A great way to Save

Credit union has always helped me both in my time of need as well as for non urgent requests. I like that upon taking loans or not, I get to save each month which is a great incentive and really good for those like myself who aren't great at saving. You can chose an amount over the recommended as long as it's affordable. With longterm saving you can eventually limit taking out too many loans. Reviewed on: 25th May 2025

Delay in withdrawing money from my saving

I requested to withdraw money from my savings into my bank account, I requested it on Friday evening, I did not receive the whole weekend and not even Monday morning I have not receive the money. Reviewed on: 14th July 2025

Reply from London Capital Credit Union Hi Harriet, Thank you for your feedback. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. As we are not a bank, we must go through a process in which the Co-op Bank is responsible for distributing the funds to the member's nominated bank account. Additionally, please note that any withdrawal requests made after 3 PM on a working day will be processed and sent out to the member by 5 PM on the next working day. We hope this information clarifies the withdrawal process. Response date: 14th July 2025

Honest, ethical, and community-focused

I’ve had a good experience with London Capital Credit Union. Their customer service is friendly, and the loan process was simple with fair rates. I really like that they’re ethical and support the local community. The only downside is their app—it could be more modern. Still, I’d definitely recommend them if you’re after fair, no-frills banking. Reviewed on: 14th July 2025
